On Site Camping
RVs:
Dry camping (no power, no water, no sewer) is available on site, on a first come, first serve basis, based on when you submit your Regionals entry via Agility Rocks!.
Camping is available Thursday afternoon, May 30th to Monday morning, June 3rd.
There is a three-night minimum (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) for a flat rate of $80. You can add a fourth night (Sunday) for $20. Please include these fees as part of your entry.
We have approximately 50 spots. More spots may be available once we have an idea of size of RVs.
If we receive more applications for RV camping than there are spots, priority will be given to competitors travelling from Northern BC and Vancouver Island, then competitors travelling from the Lower Mainland and the Kootenays, then the Okanagan and finally local competitors who live within an hour of the trial site.
There will be a cut off of April 19, 2024 for RV camping spots. No refunds after this date for camping fees.
The camping area is located near the rings and crating area. Camping will be on grass. As this is dry camping, please note that there is no power or water on site so you must be self contained. There is a sani-dump at the Piccadilly Mall a couple of blocks away from the site.

If you wish to camp beside your friend, please mention this in your email. We will do our best to situate you next to or near your friends but please be aware that we may need to place you in an area that “fits” your RV/unit so that we can maximize the number of people camping on site. Also, if you arrive on a different day than your friend(s) we may not be able to place you beside them. Again, we will do our best but please be prepared to be flexible. If this doesn’t suit you, there are a few campgrounds nearby – see the list below.
Tenting & Car Camping
There will be approximately 10-15 spots available for tent/car camping. If you are interested in tent camping or car camping (i.e. 1 vehicle and no trailer, OR canopy/tent on truck but not a “truck camper”), please email us at camping@sadag.ca for availability. There is a three-night minimum (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) for a flat rate of $40. You can add a fourth night (Sunday) for $10.
