We have been able to negotiate special rates with a couple accommodations in Salmon Arm. In addition to the list below, you may also want to consider other accommodations options in Enderby or Sicamous
areas if the list below does not suit your needs. They are both approximately 25-30 minutes from the site.

Group booking for check-in MAY 30th – check-out JUNE 3rd. Check in time is 4:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M.

Group rate – $130.99 + 15% tax per room per night
Pet charges of $20.00 + 15% tax per room per night. There is a 3 dog limit per room.

Due to the large number of rooms, the cut off date for reservation is April 30, 2024.

Individual Call In: Access these rates by call in to our central reservation at 250-832-9793. When calling, please kindly let the reservation agent know the group name (BC Dog Agility Championships) and the group code (DOG AGILITY). A valid credit card is required to hold any guests’ rooms under the group block to receive the correct rates and rooms, callers must reference DOG AGILITY.

Offering a complimentary hot breakfast, including eggs, sausages, waffles, pastries, yogurt, hot & cold
cereal, and much more. Our breakfast hours are 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
Also has an indoor pool; hours of operation are 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

They have included some guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of all our valued guests while staying at their property. Please take a moment to review this information (by clicking on the arrow to the left).

1) We require CREDIT CARDS upon arrival for each room. If a member does not have a credit card, we will accept debit for room and taxes plus a 200.00 deposit which is refundable upon check out.
2) By law: Everyone in the room must be registered at the front desk.
3) Quiet time is in effect from 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M. Please be considerate of other guests occupying
the premises and limit the noise from parties and children. Running, shouting and horseplay are never acceptable behaviors while on the property.
4) Hotel linens and towels are not to be taken off the property or to be used as sports towels.
5) Please advise the front desk, on your arrival, of any missing/broken or damaged items in your room to
avoid any additional charges. Repair/Replacement costs are the responsibility of the registered guest and will be added to your invoice.
6) For your convenience, pool towels are available in the pool house. Please do not remove room towels. The pool safety equipment is for your protection. Please ensure that your group does not play with these items in the pool area.
7) Please help us enforce the hours and safety regulations that are posted in the pool area. Children (under 16) ARE NOT permitted to use the pool area without adult/parental supervision.
8) NO alcohol is to be consumed in the pool house, in the lobby, or any other public place on the property.

Call the hotel directly at 250-832-7711 with the Group Confirmation Number and our Front Desk Agents will take the reservation. Due to the large number of rooms, the cut off date for reservation is April 28, 2024.

They allow per room 3 small to medium size OR 2 larger dogs per room.
Pet fee charge: $15.00 per pet per night plus taxes. Pets can not be left in the room unattended.
 
Traditional Rooms – (2 queen beds):  Event rate $160.00 plus taxes per room per night with up to 2 Adults and 2 children 17 years and younger. $10.00 for each additional adult with a maximum of 4 people. 

Family Rooms (2 queen beds with a pull out couch): Event rate $170.00 plus taxes per room per night with up to 2 adults 2 children 17 years and younger. Pull out couch is small it could sleep 2 small children. $10.00 for each additional adult maximum amount of people 4.

2 Queen Suites (2 queen beds with a pull out couch): Event Rate $185.00 plus taxes per room per night with up to 2 adults and 2 children 17 years and younger. Pull out couch is small it could sleep 2 small children. Barn doors separate the beds from the couch area.$10.00 for each additional adult maximum amount 4 people.

King Suites (1 king bed with a pull out couch): Event Rate $175.00 plus taxes per room per night with 2 adults and 2 children 17 years and younger. Pull out couch is small it could sleep 2 small children. $10.00 for each additional adult maximum amount of 4 people.

Accessible Room (1 queen bed) Event Rate $160.00 plus taxes per room per night with 2 adults.
 
Each room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, 46 inch TV and free internet access. 
 
Hot and cold breakfast hours are 6:30am – 9:30am daily. The pool, and hot tub are open. Hours for the water slide are 9:00am – 9:00pm.
